Ronald C. Hungarter, President of Ron Hungarter Associates, Inc. performs both residential and commercial real estate inspections, generally within northeastern and central Pennsylvania, USA, (Note: In December of 2005 and January of 2006, I have been in Erie, Waynesboro, New Hope and Doylestown on legal and ventilation inspections and will go wherever needed to help people!) along with providing related expert witness testimony, whenever and wherever necessary. Ron's Final Report includes digital photography and is written in simple-to-understand language so that everyone involved understands the building conditions being reported. Not all of the photographs taken during the inspection are used within the Report. However, all of the photographs and the Report itself are burned to a CD and are transmitted along with two, color copies of the Report for future use and reference.

Thanks to all of the members and attendees of the Wyoming Valley Real Estate Investors Association's monthly meeting who participated in the lengthy question and answer period with Ron on Tuesday night, March 28, 2006 at the Ramada Inn, Public Square, Wilkes-Barre. Since the scheduled hour went 2.5 hours it appeared everyone got some insite into, "If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is!" Ron in D.C. at WMAL

Ron was in Washington, D.C. on April 16th to inspect Elaine and John Mikk's home for ventilation challenges and to then be a construction expert on "Home Innovations with Elaine Mikk" on WMAL on April 17, 2005. This was the sixth time Ron was a guest speaker on that live call-in talk show, but the first time he was live in the studio for the show. Note: If enough listeners are interested in having their homes inspected for ventilation, insulation and BOG (biologic organic growth - mold) challenges, Ron will schedule another trip to the Washington, D.C. area on a fee-paid basis.

Ron attended the Fall Conference of the American Institute of Inspectors from November 4-7, 2004 in San Francisco to attain his continuing education credits required to maintain his A.I.I. Certification. A story line on the 6,834 mile round trip on his '05 Harley Davidson Ultra Classic Electra Glide will be posted here soon, including some of his photos of riding through snow storms in the Sierra-Nevadas, so come back and see the photos and read the details.

Ron was a seminar speaker at the 2002 A.I.I. National Conference in Portland, Oregon, on November 9th. His topic was moisture, mold, and re-inspections.
