To summarize the construction expert work, Ron uses a 7 megapixel digital camera to correspond with the construction inspection and report. He first advises potential clients that the construction inspection can be a double-edged sword in that he documents what he sees and expresses a professional opinion on that data. He does not simply state what the client wants to hear. Ron will not state anything that he can not back up and document in a court of law, since this construction service would then quickly become useless! That is a very important prerequisite to the legal services of Ron Hungarter Associates, Inc.
